An organization aimed at facilitating North American aliyah has announced the winner of its plane-logo design contest. Chaviva Sands, 12, of New Orleans claimed the first-place prize of Nefesh B’Nefesh’s competition for sixth- to eighth-graders; her design will be painted on the side of the group’s Aug. 16 flight of new immigrants to Israel.
