A Jewish community center in Kiev was vandalized Monday. In addition, a swastika, anti-Semitic graffiti and a slogan describing Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko as “an enemy of Ukraine” were painted near the entrance to the Ha-Tikvah Reform Jewish center, as well as an image of a Star of David being hung.
