Israeli troops and Palestinian gunmen clashed in the West Bank city of Nablus. At least two Israeli soldiers and 13 Palestinians were hurt in Tuesday’s fighting, which erupted after an army patrol entered Nablus on a search for wanted terrorists. Several of the Palestinian casualties were young rock throwers.
