An Israeli couple at the center of an industrial espionage scandal got prison terms. Tel Aviv District Court on Monday sentenced Ruth Haephrati to four years in jail, and her husband, Michael, to two years, after they confessed to inventing the “Trojan Horse” computer virus that was used by several top Israeli firms to spy on each other.
