The U.N. Security Council called on Iran to stop enriching uranium. Wednesday’s nonbinding letter gave Iran, which is believed to be working on a nuclear weapons program, 30 days to halt its activities. After that time, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.N.’s nuclear watchdog, is to verify Iran’s actions.
