Israeli shelling killed an 8-year-old girl in the Gaza Strip. Hadil Ghraben was killed Monday after Israeli artillery struck her house in Beit Lahiya. Thirteen other Palestinians were wounded Monday. Israel has been shelling Gaza in an attempt to stop Palestinians firing rockets into southern Israel.
