U.S. nuclear technology and aircraft parts would be part of an incentives package to get Iran to stop enriching uranium, a report said. The United States at the last minute agreed to include assistance in civil nuclear technology and Boeing parts for aged aircraft in the major powers’ proposal delivered to Iranian leaders on Tuesday by Javier Solana, the European Union foreign policy chief, The Associated Press reported.
