Indonesia canceled its participation in a planned tennis match in Israel. The Foreign Ministry in Jakarta announced Tuesday that Indonesia’s tennis delegation would not come to the Fed Cup in Israel later this month as planned, to protest Israel’s military offensive in Gaza and round-up of Hamas politicians in the West Bank.
