On the fifth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, Al-Qaida urged Muslims to attack Israel. In a statement aired Monday by CNN, Ayman al-Zawahiri, Osama bin Laden’s deputy, warned the West that it would suffer further attacks by Islamic terrorists.
