Israel is not expected to have defense systems against tactical rockets within the next four years, a newspaper reported. The Jerusalem Post on Thursday quoted unnamed military officials as dismissing Defense Minister Amir Peretz’s pledge that Israel would develop means of shooting down Hezbollah and Palestinian rockets within two years.
