Israeli troops killed two Palestinian gunmen while hunting for arms-smuggling tunnels in the Gaza Strip. The gunmen were shot dead early Wednesday as they approached Israeli soldiers and engineers operating near Rafah, a town straddling Gaza’s southern border with Egypt.
