A U.S. judge will allow the sale of a Picasso painting despite a claim by the heir of a Holocaust victim. The judge had temporarily blocked the sale Monday of British composer Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Portrait of Angel Fernandez de Soto,” from Picasso’s Blue Period.
