President Bush is sending a delegation to the groundbreaking of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews. Tevi Troy, Bush’s deputy assistant for domestic policy, will lead the delegation for the June 26 event in Warsaw, the White House announced Wednesday. Others named were Victor Henderson Ashe, the U.S. ambassador to Poland; Cheryl Feldman Halpern, board chairman of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; and Michael Kaiser, president of the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.Fragments of the buildings and streets destroyed in the 1943 Warsaw Ghetto uprising will be put on display.
