President Bush warned of the threat of a nuclear holocaust if Iran acquires nuclear weapons.
Speaking Tuesday to a national convention of the American Legion in Reno, Nev., Bush told American war veterans that Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons threatens to put the Middle East “under the shadow of a nuclear holocaust.”
Bush also renewed charges that Iran is fomenting instability in Iraq by training fighters and supplying them with weapons.
