An Israeli airstrike killed two Hamas militiamen in the southern Gaza Strip.
Wednesday’s strike destroyed a Hamas compound in Khan Yunis. Along with killing two members of the Islamic group’s “naval police,” the attack wounded 10.
Israeli military officials said the operation was in response to mortar and rocket launches from the area into Israel.
