Victims killed in terrorist and anti-Semitic attacks outside Israel will be remembered at a Jerusalem ceremony.

The ceremony in the courtyard of the Jewish Agency headquarters will be held Wednesday as part of the commemoration of Israel’s Memorial Day for Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terror.

The daughters of the late Leon Klinghoffer, Lisa and Ilsa, will come from New York to participate and light the torch in memory of those killed. Palestinian terrorists murdered their wheelchair-bound father on Oct. 8, 1985 on a Mediterranean cruise aboard the Achille Lauro luxury liner and tossed his body into the sea.

Klinghoffer’s daughters also will attend an Anti-Defamation League event in honor of their parents hosted by U.S. Ambassador Richard Jones. They also will visit the Rambam Hospital in Haifa to see a memorial garden named for their father.
