A mutiny in Guinea has stranded dozens of Israelis in the West African nation.
Israeli media reported that Foreign Ministry officials had been in touch with the 30-50 Israelis in Guinea and that Israel was contemplating an evacuation.
The Israelis, most of them businessmen, are safe and healthy, officials said.
Unpaid Guinean troops launched protests earlier this week, but the situation appeared to have calmed by Friday.
