Five civilians in Israel were wounded by rockets fired from the Gaza Strip.

An Air Force spokesman said Israeli forces had targeted a Palestinian preparing to fire rockets into the same southern Israel area where rockets had been launched earlier in the day.
At least one of the civilians injured was a Thai farm worker.
