A Ukrainian exhibition promotes the revival and activities of the Eastern Ukrainian Jewish community.
Last week the Jewish community of Dneprodzerzhynsk held the Street of National Traditions exhibition, which included displays on many facets of community life and activities, local Jewish publications, various artwork by local Jewish children and Jewish ritual objects, such as candlesticks, shofar, Kiddush cups and books. The exhibit was organized in advance of the annual celebration of the Day of the City.
The project also involved the Polish and Armenian communities of Berdichev.
