Part of a memorial to Holocaust victims in the southern Ukrainian town of Pervomaysk was stolen.
A menorah was taken Monday from the memorial. Police are investigating but have not made any arrests.
A local rabbi, Levy Itzhak Perelshtein, said the theft is not the first act of alleged anti-Semitism this year, which has included anti-Semitic graffiti scrawled near the Jewish cemetery.
