(JTA) — An Israeli woman was seriously injured by stones thrown at her car while she was driving in the West Bank.
The 50 year-old woman was hit by rocks which broke through the windshield and suffered a fractured skull, while a man with her was lightly injured as they traveled northeast of Ramallah on Friday. The man had continued driving after the attack and alerted rescue services at Tapuach Junction.
The stones were believed to have been thrown from Sanjil village, and the IDF has launched a search for the culprits.
