The New York Times, even in these parlous times for the media, is determined to live up to the "gray" in its Gray Lady sobriquet.

They sent a reporter all the way to Detroit, noch, to discover that, yes, Jews have more than a single opinion:

The recent tension between the Obama administration and the Israeli government over the stalled Middle East peace process have put the questions underlying those long-avoided family discussions directly in the public spotlight. They have raised serious questions about whether the traditional leadership of the American Jewish world is fully supported by the mass of American Jews.

My hed refers to what is widely regarded is the most boring headline ever, and yes, it also appeared in the Times.
