(JTA) — A memorial for the parents and three children murdered in a West Bank Jewish settlement will be held in New York.
The Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations is sponsoring Thursday’s memorial at Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun in Manhattan along with the Israeli Consulate in New York and the city’s Jewish Community Relations Council.
Ruth and Udi Fogel and three of their six children — Yoav, 11; Elad, 4; and Hadas, 3 months — were stabbed to death in a suspected Palestinian terror attack as they slept in their Itamar home.
"Everyone must speak out for these victims of inhuman terror and against the continuing incitement against Israel and the Jewish people," the Presidents Conference announcement said.
