Two of Hollywood’s biggest nebbishes take the screen this summer when Woody Allen and Jesse Eisenberg team up for Woody Allen’s latest movie, “To Rome With Love.”
If you’ve missed Allen’s neurotic humor and perfect comedic timing, worry no more: This film features not only Allen himself (his first appearance in a movie since 2006) but also his three-decades-later doppelganger, Eisenberg (close your eyes and you can hardly tell the difference between the two).
The movie, which in true Woody Allen fashion seems from the trailer almost plot-less, also features an all-star cast of Alec Baldwin, Ellen Page, Roberto Benigni, Penelope Cruz and Judy David. If it’s anything like last summer’s “Midnight in Paris,” we’re all in for an Italian treat.
