JERUSALEM (JTA) — A Palestinian protester shot by Israeli troops during a protest against the Gaza operation has died.
Rashid Tamimi, 31, died Monday after being shot Saturday during a protest in the West Bank, Ynet reported.
Protests against Operation Pillar of Defense continued throughout the West Bank on Monday, according to reports.
Also Monday, an Israeli car caught on fire after being hit by a bomb thrown by a Palestinian protester in the Binyamin region of the West Bank.
