The abuse took place from 1996 to 2005, when the two boys were ages 7 to 15, and in 2008, he exposed the third boy to pornography. He forced them to perform sex acts including fondling and oral sex, prosecutors Rachel Schmidt and Lauren Traum convinced the jury.
