(JTA) — Anti-Semitic slogans were scrawled on the wall of an association of psychoanalysts in Toulouse, France, for the second time in three months.

Unknown vandals wrote “SS” and “get out of here,” and painted a swastika on the outer wall of the Toulouse branch of the Psychoanalytic Society of Paris, the French news agency AFP reported Wednesday.

On Oct. 12, “dirty Jews, I will kill you” and “get out of here” were scrawled on the association’s door.

The SPCJ, the security unit of French Jewish communities, has reported a substantial increase in the prevalence of anti-Semitic attacks in France since the March 19 killing of four Jews at a Jewish school in Toulouse.

Mohamed Merah, a Muslim radical, gunned down a rabbi and three children in front of the Ozar Hatorah school, which has since changed its name to Ohr Hatorah.

The increase in incidents, which SPCJ termed “an explosion of anti-Semitic attacks,” followed a 16 percent decline in anti-Semitic incidents in 2011.

A study released by SPCJ together with the French Interior Ministry recorded 389 incidents of anti-Semitism in 2011, compared to 466 in 2010, making it the lowest number in 10 years.

Some 500,000 Jews live in France, according to the European Jewish Congress.
