JERUSALEM (JTA) — Rocket tests inside Gaza reportedly may have been the reason for some Code Red rocket alerts, the Israel Defense Forces said.
The IDF indicated the sirens that sounded on Sunday morning in communities near the border with the Gaza Strip were a false alarm, according to the Israel media.
The last time the alarm sirens were sounded in the Gaza area was in mid-September; they also reportedly were false alarms.
