JERUSALEM (JTA) — A Palestinian man was arrested after attempting to stab an Israeli soldier in the West Bank.
Thursday’s incident, in which the attacker attempted to cut the soldier with a knife, occurred at the Gush Etzion Junction located south of Jerusalem.
The attacker was arrested and taken in for questioning. No one was injured in the incident.
An Israeli man was stabbed by a Palestinian woman at the same junction in December.
