An “American Artists for Israel Exhibit,” arranged by the American Fund for Palestinian Institution, opened here this evening at the Jewish Museum. The exhibit includes the works of over 100 American artists donated to the Tel Aviv Museum, the Bezalel Museum in Jerusalem, and the Ein Harod Museum.
Israeli Consul-General Arthur Lourie, Edward A. Norman, president of the American Fund, Elias Newman, chairman of American Artists for Israel and Rabbi Bernard Segal participated in the opening ceremonies.
