About 100 displaced Jews have been arriving here daily during the past few days in a new refugee influx from Austria.

The new arrivals, who are temporarily housed in a recently-opened transit center, arrived in fairly good physical condition. Most of them have spent at least six months in Austrian DP camps and are here in search of relatives or because they feared the withdrawal of American troops from Austria.
