Detroit’s campaign for $100,000 for the United Palestine Appeal will open Wednesday evening. March 20, with a dinner at which Col. Frederick H. Kisch will be the principal speaker.
Under the honorary chairmanship of Fred M. Butzel and the chairmanship of Abraham Cooper, the campaign will be conducted until April 14th, opening with a dinner at which Jacob Billikopf will be the speaker.
