More than $1,000,000 in additional capital had been subscribed to at a report meeting of Israel Investors Corporation held here last night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
More than 1,250 people were in attendance to hear a report on the progress of the company presented by Samuel Rothberg of Peoria, president of the Corporation. The meeting took place on the eve of the departure of Louis Boyar, chairman of the board, and Mr. Rothberg to Israel to discuss further investment programs with Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir.
