Eleven Polish Jews are filing a 1,000,000-mark damage suit against the German government in a Berlin court, it was learned today. They charge ruination of business and damages from physical and moral suffering undergone while they carried on their business in Germany.
The action is based on a recent order of the German government that foreign citizens can be compensated for losses sustained as a result of the Nazi regime.
