The 12 Arab terrorists captured at sea Saturday outside Lebanese territorial waters are members of the Popular Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, an extremist group headed by Naif Hatwatmeh. That fact was established from interrogation of the prisoners who were intercepted in three boats by Israeli naval units. One of the boats was stuck after attempting to flee. The terrorists are believed to have been on a sabotage mission when they were captured, Meanwhile police are investigating three explosions in Hebron Monday that caused slight damage but no casualties.
