Thirteen thousand people attended the funeral of H. D. Naumberg, late Jewish novelist. Many delegations arrived from all parts of Poland.
Eighty wreaths were laid at his grave, including one from the J. L. Peretz Jewish Writers Club of New York. Eulogies were delivered by Jewish workers and social workers, including Dr. Szabad of Vilna.
