With the graduation of 21 students from the Hebrew University’s fourth international course in groundwater research, exactly 15,000 students from developing countries have completed studies in Israel over the past 15 years. That figure was given at a farewell banquet for the 21 new graduates by Azriel Harel, Assistant Director of the Foreign Ministry’s Division for International Cooperation.
