Two anti-Jewish demonstrators were killed by police at Oran today, climaxing twenty-four hours of tensity following the lynching by an Arab mob of a Jew suspected of having slain an Arab.
Demonstrations spread to Constantine where police were forced to take severe measures to prevent an attack on Jewish quarters of the city. Fifteen demonstrators were reported wounded in the resulting clash.
