Abraham Mizrachi and Mordecai Nahum Mizrachi were released on bail today pending trial on charges of attempted murder in connection with the explosion of a bomb at the Jaffa gate June 8 in which 25 Arabs and Armenians were injured.
The two Jews were previously scheduled to be tried under emergency regulations fixing sentences of death or life imprisonment for terroristic acts, but the police asked that the charge be reduced.
