Twenty Israelis, who were among the 69 U.S. citizens and aliens removed from the S.S. Marine Carp last May 20, and held prisoners at Beirut until their recent release, boarded the same ship over the week-end for the return voyage back to Palestine. Under an agreement between the State Department and The Israeli Mission in Washington, the ship will not dock in any Arab port while the Israelis are aboard.
