Two thousand men and women have volunteered to conduct the sale of Palestine Flower Day, which will be observed on Sunday, June 8 in New York and in 200 other cities and towns throughout the United States, it was announced yesterday by Emanuel Neumann, president of the Jewish National Fund of America, the Zionist agency for the acquisition of land in Palestine with headquarters at 111 Fifth Avenue.
The Flower Day, the 17th annual one to be held, will be conducted in New York under the auspices of the Jewish National Fund Council for Greater New York of which Dr. Norman Salit is president.
