The establishment of a $250,000 fund by Meyer Jaffe, of Fall River, Mass., and a group of his friends to be known as the William Walter Jaffe Memorial Library Building Fund for the construction of a university library was announced over the week-end by the Brandeis University here.
The building will be named in honor of Mr. Jaffe’s son who was killed in an automobile accident in 1945. The library will be the first unit in a new expansion program of the University.
