The 25th anniversary of the establishment of the B’nai B’rith Hillel Foundations was marked here last night at a dinner at which President Charles Seymour of Yale University declared that both the town of New Haven and Yale College, from their earliest days, “have been vitally concerned with Hebrew culture, language and history.”
