3 Bund Leaders Arraigned Under New Jersey Anti-agitation Law

G. Wilhelm Kunze, acting Fuehrer of the German-American Bund; August Klapprott, Eastern leader and manager of Camp Nordland, and Mathias Kohler, an officer and trustee of the camp, who were arrested yesterday and spent the night in jail, were arraigned today on charges of violating the New Jersey law which prohibits wearing of uniforms and display of emblems of a foreign nation and circulation of literature inciting race or religious hatred. They were to be released in bail of $1,000 each.
