More than 30,000 people visited the archaeological exhibition “From the Land of the Bible” at the Smithsonian Institution from the date of its opening, January 10, to its closing yesterday, it was announced by the American Fund for Israel Institutions, sponsor of the exhibition. The exhibition, which museum officials believe set a 30-year attendance record, will be dismantled today sad shipped to Baltimore where it will re-open next month.
