Thirty-eight young Arab girls and women participated in the first graduation ceremonies of a new training program sponsored by Pioneer Women, the Women’s Labor Zionist Organization. The program, initiated and conducted by the Arab section of Pioneer Women with the aid of the Israel Labor Ministry and the Jerusalem Municipality, offers courses in tailoring, dressmaking and beautician skills.
