Benjamin Solomon of Philadelphia, first vice-president, was elected president, succeeding Joseph M. Grossman. Martin D. Bornstein of Camden and Harry Sherman of Harrisburg, Pa., were chosen vice-presidents; Beryl Price of Philadelphia, secretary, and Harold Catsiff, Philadelphia, treasurer.
