An advance group of White House security officers arrived here today to make final preparations for the summit meeting of President Ford and President Anwar Sadat of Egypt. The two state leaders are scheduled to discuss the Middle East question in a meeting June 1-2. Government sources said the 47-member advance group will closely investigate security measures at Klessheim Castle where the meeting will take place.
In the meantime, Austrian government sources confirmed reports that U.S. Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger and Soviet Foreign Minister Andrel Gromyko will meet in Vienna May 19-20 to discuss the Middle East problems. The sources said Chancellor Bruno Kreisky postponed a scheduled official visit to Rumania to host Kissinger and Gromyko.
