Three separate funeral services, which were attended by more than 50 persons, were held Wednesday for Harris Salit, noted Brooklyn realty operator, who was active in many philanthropies in that borough. Mr. Salit died on Monday.
Following services at Congregation Mount Sinai, 350 State street, Brooklyn, with Rabbi Isadore A. Aaron officiating, the funeral procession moved to the Brooklyn Jewish Centre, 667 Eastern Parkway, where Rabbi Israel H. Levinthal conducted brief rites. Before proceeding to Washington Cemetery, where burial took place, a service was held at the Brooklyn Hebrew Home and Hospital for the Aged, Howard and Dumont avenues.
