The problem of Palestine land redemption will be considered at a special Jewish National Fund conference in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Atlantic City, next Tuesday, it was announced yesterday.
Increased interest in Palestine was indicated by the financial report of Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the J.N.F., which was made public yesterday, showing an increase of fifty-one per cent in income during the period from June 1, 1934 to June 1, 1935 over the preceding year.
The J.N.F.’s income for the past year was $262,382.85 as compared with $173,737.45 the preceding year. It was noted that the revenues consisted mostly of small contributions.
